Terms of Use
This is an English translation. If there is any conflict, the Portuguese version prevails.
These terms govern the use of AnticaHub, a service provided by VEROTECH SOLUTIONS - CONSULTORIA EM TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 50.875.666/0001-61, headquartered at R. Aguapeí, 235 – Vila Santo Estêvão, São Paulo/SP, CEP 03325-000, Brazil. By using the portal or the integrations, the seller agrees to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
AnticaHub is an integration platform that connects the seller's marketplace stores to its ERP, synchronizing catalogue, stock, prices, orders, invoices and shipping labels. Commercial conditions, such as plans and prices, are set out in a specific contract or proposal.
2. Account and access
- Portal access is granted by AnticaHub to the subscribing seller.
- The seller is responsible for keeping its passwords, API keys and second-factor codes confidential, and for all activity carried out with them.
- The seller must notify us immediately of any suspected misuse of the account.
3. Seller responsibilities
- Being authorized to connect the stores and the ERP it integrates, and complying with each marketplace's policies.
- Keeping the catalogue, stock, price and tax data sent by the ERP accurate.
- Issuing the tax documents required by law; AnticaHub transmits the invoice issued by the seller but neither issues it nor answers for its content.
- Processing buyer data in accordance with the LGPD, as the controller of that data.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activities, to sell products prohibited by the marketplaces, to attempt to access other customers' data, to circumvent security mechanisms or to intentionally overload the platform.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available and without loss of events, but it also depends on the marketplaces, the ERPs and infrastructure providers. Scheduled maintenance is announced whenever possible.
6. Limitation of liability
AnticaHub is not liable for outages, changes or decisions of the marketplaces and ERPs, nor for inaccurate data sent by the seller. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnticaHub's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the seller in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
The seller may stop using the service at any time, under the contract. AnticaHub may suspend access if these terms are breached. After termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP have jurisdiction.
